Cookies, anyone?

It's Deepavali next week. As I mentioned in my previous post, I baked some cookies. In fact, I was baking cookies the whole of last week. Now, I have a whole week, with nothing to do. I want to bake more cookies, but I don't know what cookies I should bake. What do you think? Any ideas?

I did the rest myself..*pat on the back*

It's the first time I'm baking cookies (I have helped Yee Gin bake cookies, but that was only once). I guess for a first timer, the cookies turned out OK. The shape is a bit 'out' though. I can't trust my parents comments much 'cos whatever it is I do, the only comment they give is 'it's nice!'. I guess for my parents, I can never do wrong. :P

Actually, even the amount of cookies is not that much. But it took me quite long to do each cookies because we only have a small oven at home and usually I can fit in only about 20-30 cookies per batch. I guess visitors to the house will have to satisfy themselves with only a small helping of cookies (especially the coconut-cornflake cookies; personally, this cookie is my least favourite one).

I don't know the purpose of this post. I have been browsing around looking for cookie recipes. I wonder what other cookies I can try baking. Hmmmm....
