Same Shit, Different Day

Another day just passed by.

Sometimes I feel that time is not moving.
I am doing the same thing everyday, and it each day is just the same as the other.

During school, time is always measured by exam dates and school holidays (or when school is reopening).
In university, time is measured by the winter and summer holidays (and exams, of course).

But now, there is nothing much to look forward to.
It is just one monotonous day after the other.

Weekends are not applicable to us because we work during weekends.
End of posting is nothing to look forward to because once I end one posting, I have to go on with another, which will be the same thing too.
End of housemanship - then I have to become an MO - more work, more responsibilities.

So, you see - there is nothing to look forward to.

But then again, I guess everyone feels the same way, whatever job they do.
Life goes on.

Anyway, here is an e mail I received today:

Also known as "wife'' when you are not expecting her, she comes, installs herself and uses all your resources. If you try to uninstall her you will lose something, if don't try to uninstall her you will lose everything...

Today, I learnt why the atlas (1st cervical vertebra) is called the atlas. (Actually I learnt it yesterday, but can use la). It is named after a Greek God, Atlas, who is said to hold the heaven (or world) on his shoulders. Atlas (the cervical vertebra) supports the globe of the head, hence it's name.

Argh!! I don't know why the white background is there. Can't figure it out. ARGH!!!!
